2025 Kite Festival. Every two years, thousands of visitors flock to the seafront in dieppe at the end of the summer to celebrate one of the biggest kite festivals in the world. The festival attracts large crowd of armature and professional kite fliers who color the sky with kites in various sizes, shapes and marvelous colors.
